Joseph is a Partner in the European leadership team, and although based in Madrid he is a globetrotter that has helped clients in places such as Switzerland, Denmark, Russia, Japan, Hong Kong, The Emirates, Kenya; he is always looking for a good excuse to experience new cultures.
Lately, Joseph has developed a passion for innovation, and likes to find new opportunities to bring Prophet’s PLAYSTUDIO approach to its clients in combination with fact-based and analytical management consultant approaches that he picked up during his previous career at McKinsey & Company.
This late year, Joseph has spent a good portion of his time helping one of the leading tobacco companies in a variety of aspects. One of the most challenging and rewarding ones has been working with one of the most “iconic” tobacco brand in the world in redefining its portfolio strategy, filling its pipeline with new innovations and defining its go to market strategy for new markets in the Asian continent.
On top of that, during his time at Prophet, Joseph has led the re-branding of one of the world’s biggest real estate development companies, with operations in more than 17 countries. He has also worked with a leading company in the alcohol industry, defining the strategy for expanding a local beer outside its core market. In addition, he worked with a large European components producer in “greening” its brand, and led other engagements in the energy, financial services, and education industries with issues ranging from customer segmentation to brand architecture.
Prior to joining Prophet, Joseph was a Director at BBDO Consulting where he founded and led the Madrid Marketing Consulting Business and a Senior Consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he worked in a variety of industries and functions, but with a heavy focus on Telecommunications.
Joseph holds an MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business in New York.
