Arikan is an Associate Partner in Prophet’s New York office. He brings nearly 15 years of experience in addressing executive management issues with an emphasis on customer strategy. He has helped clients develop and implement customer insights-driven growth strategies, redefine go-to-market models, and enhance customer experience to improve retention and loyalty. His experiences span a number of industries including banking, insurance, consumer goods, retail, telecommunications, and utilities.
Prior to joining Prophet, Arikan spent ten years at Deloitte Consulting where he was a leader in the Strategy practice and co-led the growth of Deloitte’s customer experience market offering. Prior to Deloitte, Arikan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers in the Financial Services and Equity Capital Markets Groups.
Arikan holds a B.A. in Economics from Bates College, M.B.A. in Business Development from the Wharton School, and M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
