Jill is a Partner in Prophet’s Chicago office. She leads the firm’s Insights group, partnering with project teams to ensure that customer insights are integral to the way client work is informed and delivered, and has extensive experience with insight techniques to help solve such diverse challenges as innovation platform development, new product launches, and marketing investment allocation.
She brings over 20 years of marketing experience using innovative research and insights methods to drive business growth. Prior to joining Prophet, Jill developed a portfolio of experiences at Kraft in a variety of insights-oriented positions and market contexts on a national and global basis. Most recently, she was senior director of consumer insights and strategy for the Global Nutrition Group of PepsiCo, a new unit, where she gained broad exposure to the latest insight approaches, technologies, and vendor trends.
From 2008 to 2011, Jill headed business development and strategy for boutique marketing consultancy NuVista Strategies, helping to drive revenue growth in client organizations and doubling revenues at NuVista itself.
Jill holds her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
