Phil Rampulla
Creative Director
Phil is a partner in Prophet’s digital practice and is based in our Chicago office. His background is rooted in design and technology. Prior to joining Prophet he served as co-founder and Creative Director of Material Group, a digital agency in Chicago’s West Loop. Phil has also served as Creative Director for the Domani Studios Chicago office where he worked on projects for clients such as Toyota, Kellogg's, and Porsche. Earlier in his career he served as Design Director for Leo Burnett and lead interactive design efforts on brands including Blackberry, Capital One, Purina and Samsung. In his tenure at Material he has lead the company's creative and design efforts on such clients as EA Sports, McDonalds, Starbucks, SC Johnson, and AT&T. Phil was awarded a feature in Communication Arts and HOW magazine for his digital design work, and he has been featured on the FWA and numerous design blogs and communities.
Phil holds a Masters Degree in Design and Illustration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College. He also earned a degree from Syracuse University while studying Art and Language in Florence Italy.
He and his family live far, far, far outside of Chicago in Sugar Grove. When he is not crafting digital ideas or designing he is furiously managing his fantasy football team, cooking, running or watching Seinfeld.
