Simon is an Associate Partner in Prophet’s Berlin office. He brings more than 10 years experience building marketing, brand, and business strategies. His work cuts across a range of industries, with a special focus on automotive and financial services. He has assisted both global and local companies, in countries across Europe, the U.S., and China.
In 2005 Simon co-founded Noshokaty, Döring & Thun (NDT), a Berlin-based management consulting boutique which quickly became a go-to firm for strategic partnership projects and digital transformation. In January 2011 Prophet and NDT joined forces.
Prior to NDT, Simon was Manager at BBDO Consulting (now Batten & Company) Düsseldorf and Munich, where he helped global companies develop marketing and brand management strategies. He played a key role in building the Brand Management Practice.
Simon has published various articles on marketing and partnership and has contributed to several books in this area. He is also a regular speaker on marketing topics with groups like the University of Muenster, the Academic Society for Marketing and Business Leadership, and the ESMT European School of Management & Technology.
Simon holds a German Diploma in Business Administration from Pforzheim University and is an active alumnus of the German National Academic Foundation.
