Russell is a Partner in Prophet’s New York office and brings over 20 years of experience in developing corporate strategies, integrating merged companies, and leading large transformational efforts. He works with companies to identify areas for organic growth, and has done so across a variety of industries including: manufacturing, aerospace, professional services, automotive, consumer packaged goods, and more.

Through his work with clients such as AT&T, Chevron, Coors, Emerson, General Mills, Lockheed Martin, NASA, Philip Morris, and others, Russell has developed expertise in helping companies integrate their brand, business, and growth strategies to capture increased value.

Russell joins Prophet from Gen3 Partners, an innovation consulting firm, where he led business development efforts and delivered high-impact client projects around innovative processes, product development, and growth strategy. Prior to Gen3, Russell was a in leadership positions with CSC Index and Bain & Co. During his 13 year tenure with CSC Index, Russell headed up the eStrategy Practice and served as Practice Leader for the Operational Excellence Group.

Russell is a graduate of Middlebury College and earned his MBA from Columbia Business School.
