Greg Handrick

Associate Partner

With over 15 years experience in the field, Greg brings a pragmatic, well rounded approach to brand and marketing strategy from the consulting, agency, and client side.  Since joining Prophet, he has led a range of projects in Insurance, Media, and Travel and Leisure.

He began his career in direct marketing working for the Grey Communications group where he managed a number of key accounts such as Microsoft and Toyota, helping then to deliver complex below-the-line campaigns, CRM strategies and loyalty programmes. Greg then led a joint-venture with KPE to launch and run Grey’s e-marketing division in the UK.

During his next three years with McKinsey, Greg broadened his industry knowledge by working across the telecom, oil & gas, automotive, public service and media industries, whilst at the same time honing his functional expertise in marketing and organisational change management.

Greg next moved into a Marketing Director role with Orange, the UK’s second largest mobile telecom provider. Greg had P&L responsibility for convergence products (bundling and cross-selling mobile, broadband and fixed line) and was the driving force behind the very successful Free Broadband offer launched in the summer of 2006.

Greg has an MA in economics and politics from Edinburgh University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
