Giving Back: Prophet for Non-Profit
Giving back to the wider community around us is important to Prophet. It helps us feel energized, connected, and find personal meaning in our work. That’s why we created Prophet for Non-Profit (P4NP).
Through P4NP we give back in two ways: through pro-bono/reduced fee projects and community service. In recent years, it's led us to assist a number of organizations with their brand and marketing challenges: Beacon Institute, Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Citizen Effect, Feeding America, Lambda Legal, Reach Out and Read, among others. We've helped them better understand critical stakeholders, clarify their positioning, and raise brand awareness – translating into greater fundraising success and enhancing their ability to achieve their critical goals.
Our people also devote time to volunteering for organizations around the world. Our volunteer efforts have focused on ending hunger and poverty, improving child and senior care, and cleaning up the environment, among other causes. It’s led us to help clean up parks in New York and Richmond. To paint schools and children’s facilities in Chicago, London, and San Francisco. We’ve worked with children and seniors at daycare and nursing facilities in Chicago, San Francisco, and Zurich. We regularly conduct food and clothing drives in all of our offices including a very successful shoe drive to collect Soles4Souls for the people of Haiti after the devastating earthquake. Prophet folded over 3,000 paper cranes and made a monetary donation to support the Red Cross’ Japan Relief efforts. And, recently, our fundraising efforts helped support the construction of a kindergarten in Viet Nam.
