Prophet’s Andrew Pierce to Keynote Marketing Roundtable

SAN FRANCISCO (Feb. 20, 2007) – Andrew Pierce, a senior partner with Prophet, a leading brand and marketing consultancy, will deliver the keynote presentation at the Conference Board’s 2007 Senior Marketing Executive Roundtable. 

The roundtable will be held April 18 and 19 at New York’s Millennium U.N. Plaza, and May 17 and 18 at Chicago’s Drake Hotel. 

Pierce will discuss the findings of Prophet’s 2006-2007 State of Marketing Study, which focused on senior marketers’ perspectives on marketing effectiveness. The Study explored such issues as aligning marketing investments to customer touchpoints, the challenges of measuring brand and marketing’s contribution to growth, and their ability to mix new and traditional media to best leverage their separate and combined power.

The Roundtable, presented by The Conference Board and sponsored by Prophet, gathers powerhouse speakers from companies, consultancies, and universities to explain how to increase marketing effectiveness, with extensive interaction between presenters and participants. Other speakers will include senior level marketers with such companies as 3M, Yahoo!, Sony Electronics and UPS, among others.
