The Proven Approach to Innovation, Growth and Change

Published on Consulting Magazine

Andy Stefanovich likes to shake things up. Stefanovich, chief curator and provocateur at Prophet, has advised companies such as GE, Nike, Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola on their branding and marketing strategies. And he never takes the road more traveled. His philosophy is "LAMSTAIH"—Look At More Stuff; Think About It Harder—and he applies it wholeheartedly in his new book Look at More. In it, he explains his framework for unleashing creativity in any organization known as the 5Ms—mood, mindset, mechanics, measurement and momentum. Stefanovich encourages executives to "hunt and gather ideas and inspiration" that will lead to "greater solutions, renewed energy and purpose." The book offers an ambitious roadmap for those willing to begin the journey.
