An Open Letter From Prophet’s CEO Michael Dunn:

Every so often we like to take a step back and reflect on what is going on in the world around us. Between flights, client meetings and discussions with boards and C-suites across the globe, we learn a lot on a daily basis. And one thing is certain: Digital transformation—of businesses, and of people—is creating a perfect storm of disruption.

The pace of disruption is accelerating, changing the definition of what good growth looks like for businesses and their bottom line. At the same time, it’s changing stakeholders’ expectations for how growth is created. We’re seeing a generational shift in what consumers value, and businesses are now under more pressure than ever to be responsible stakeholders in their categories, communities and as employers. These market changes and shifts are radically impacting how we, as consumers, live our lives, and how businesses need to show up, be relevant and deliver value.

In short, every company today needs to drive a transformation agenda.

And as a business leader, you need to begin to think about things differently. Think about the way you operate, treat your employees and how clients and customers experience your business.

We recognized, too, it was time to make a purposeful transformation of our own— pivoting how we operate and think as an organization to become more digitally-powered. We’ve built greater capabilities around four key areas that we believe will help our clients navigate the evolving challenges they face today. We’re still focused on the customer and uncovering unique insights that help propel brands, organizations and businesses forward. That will never change.

Unsure of where to start when driving a true transformation agenda? It starts with uncovering sources of uncommon growth. This type of growth surprises competitors, delights customers and empowers leaders. Unlocking it requires a transformation agenda that is both human-centered and digitally-powered.

As we move into the second half of 2019, we are excited about what the future holds and are eager to help to put our clients at the forefront of this digital revolution.

We know this dialogue is an important one as we all work to drive our brands and businesses forward. If there is something you’d like to talk about or hear more about, I’d love to hear from you via email.
