The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and driving the execution of the overall European marketing strategy to achieve regional goals and objectives. This person will report to the Global CMO and partner closely with the European leadership team, European business development team and the global marketing team.

Partners who join our Hong Kong office will help Prophet to build a strong presence and reputation in Asia, focusing on China and Hong Kong markets. S/He will collaborate with the local leadership team and play a key client service and client development role: direct client engagements, attract new clients, develop relationships with existing clients and provide leadership and oversight to support teams.

Senior digital strategists work on project teams with partners, engagement managers and associates, and cultivate and contribute their own analytical and creative approaches to problem solving. These professionals typically manage the day-to-day activities of associate consultants and with exceptional performance are offered opportunities to lead client engagements.
Engagement Managers are the linchpin of Prophet, responsible for running day-to-day projects, leading problem solving, guiding clients, and managing teams.

Over 10 weeks, summer interns are actively involved with client work and trained in brand strategy, marketing strategy, innovation and design. Interns learn about consulting methodologies, specific market research tools and many other frameworks that contribute to our areas of expertise. Our approach to each engagement is designed to enhance the intern’s potential for developing a cutting-edge capability in brand strategy consulting.
The customer insights manager will use a range of customer (or consumer) research, analytic methods and marketing knowledge to design, execute and interpret market research to meet client business objectives. S/he will work as part of a project team, providing idea leadership across all phases of insight development – conceptualization, research design, fieldwork, vendor oversight, insight interpretation and communication. The role uses a combined understanding of various market research, analytical and statistical methods to address project team and client goals.
