Kevin is a Senior Partner and Prophet's Chief Talent Officer, working out of our San Francisco office. He has over 20 years of experience helping companies develop and execute brand and business strategies.
Specifically, Kevin helps clients with brand creation and repositioning, brand portfolio strategy optimization, customer experience development and brand related M&A and post-merger-integration. He has served as the lead strategic advisor on a variety of engagements within the U.S. and globally, working with clients such as T-Mobile, Visa, PlayStation, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Cargill, Charles Schwab, Staples, Monsanto and Wal-mart. Kevin has been instrumental in driving significant value creation as part of his client relationships, with several notable examples of transforming entire categories as a result of his leadership.
Before joining Prophet, Kevin was both a hands-on entrepreneur as well as a strategist for a Fortune 500 company. He launched a start-up company after creating a patented line of coffee brewing equipment, and after two years of successful management sold the operations to a competitor, Hamilton Beach. Prior to this venture, Kevin spent a number of years managing the development of billion dollar vacation-oriented entertainment projects for The Walt Disney Company.
An accomplished speaker and thought leader, Kevin regularly serves as a guest lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Management and U.C. Berkeley's Haas School of Business, and was a contributing editor for David Aaker's Brand Leadership and Brand Portfolio Strategy books.
Kevin received a B.S. from U.C. Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Wharton.
