With 15 years of experience in helping companies both define and implement strategies, Jeff brings a unique perspective to engagements from having worked within several categories and best-in-class companies. He has worked for both service and product-driven companies in healthcare, financial services, consumer packaged goods, retail, and telecommunications.
Jeff has led significant initiatives for UBS, Universal Studios, Zimmer, and IBM, to name a few. Living abroad in Switzerland for four years, he gained additional sensitivity to the challenges of global branding and how to make brand change happen successfully across multiple geographies and cultures.
With his real life implementation experience, he has worked on integrating HR and brand, building world-class marketing organizations, creating internal ambassadors, and infusing current company initiatives with the elements of a brand strategy.
Jeff was a founding member of Prophet's Chicago office and led the Zurich, Switzerland office for four years. Jeff is a frequent speaker and author on brand and implementation topics.
Jeff received his B.S. from Miami University in Ohio.
