Kelly Goldthorpe


Kelly is an Associate Consultant in Prophet’s Chicago office, specializing in brand strategy, employee experience and design projects in technology and healthcare.

She is passionate about customer experience management and has been creating engaging experiences since her days as an Oscar Mayer Brand Ambassador, driving the Wienermobile across the country (ask her about her Weather Channel blizzard coverage cameo). She has worked in paradise at California’s historic Hotel del Coronado creating digital marketing strategies and the Kansas City Convention & Visitors Center.

She was also Vice President of Partner Development at Cheddah, a mobile consumer insights platform for marketers and millennials.

Kelly earned her MBA from the University of Wisconsin School of Business, with a concentration in consumer insights and marketing research. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Missouri School of Journalism, where she minored in business and geology. (She is still on the lookout for an opportunity to leverage her knowledge of tectonic plates and the moon on a client project.) In her off time, she’s working on visiting every single National Park.

What is Your Favorite brand?

Ironman. As a brand, it completely delivers on their promise to create a badass, elite endurance event – all while creating a culture of accomplishment. There aren’t many brands people are willing to tattoo on themselves, but this is one!

Kelly's Favorite Prophet Project?

Working for World Bicycle Relief, a global nonprofit organization, has been incredibly fun and rewarding. Does it get any better than combining my enthusiasm for brand with my passion for bicycles? With their team, we hope to grow the organization and bring one million bicycles to developing countries.

Kelly has worked with some of Prophet's favorite clients on brand positioning, marketing optimization, thought leadership, content strategy, brand power initiatives and cause movement strategies. Some of the clients she's worked with includes Novant, Hill-Rom, SAP, and other major health and benefits brokerages, healthcare providers and research institutions.
