With a deep interest in the way digital continues to disrupt marketing, Alex works across customer experience, service design and product development. He uses data to uncover new consumer needs and create business growth strategies that drive both revenues and relevance. Alex leads digital strategy engagements for global clients in Europe and the Middle East, with particular expertise in financial services and healthcare.
Before joining Prophet, he headed strategy teams at leading digital agencies DigitasLBi (Publicis) and POSSIBLE (WPP) and has worked with such companies as HSBC, Barclays, AstraZeneca, Bayer, Canon, Shell and Nestle. He began his career with Thomson Reuters, including establishing a global customer data and analytics practice.
A frequent speaker on digital marketing and strategy, he earned his MA from the University of Cambridge. He lives in London with two young daughters and holds fierce opinions about coffee, food and Tottenham Hotspur.
