Andrea Ivey Harris

Andrea is a former senior vice president of people in Prophet's New York office and manages all professional development activities for the firm.

Prior to joining Prophet, Andrea worked for Procter & Gamble in sales/marketing, and spent over 12 years in retail with both national and regional chains. Her roles included senior positions in merchandising, strategic planning, and marketing for May Company, Montgomery Ward, and Charming Shoppes.

When Andrea left retail, she joined Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA), a retail and consumer products consulting firm, as a Senior Manager in the Strategy Group. Her clients ranged from large national discounters to small, high-end specialty retailers. After several years of consulting, Andrea took on a new role as the National Staffing Director for KSA. She managed staffing for almost 300 consultants in North America across nine offices and four practice areas.

Andrea received her B.A. in History from Haverford College.
