Ashlee is an associate partner in Prophet’s Chicago office, focused on customer and brand-led business transformations.

Her mantra is "Do hard things", which means she is relentless in the pursuit of growth opportunities, pushing for sharper customer and employee experience and engagement strategies. With expertise in financial services, retail and the travel and hospitality sectors, she’s worked with industry-leading brands including Target, Crate & Barrel, State Farm, United, and Gatorade, among many others. And she has also served as a Director with the Corporate Executive Board (CEB, now Gartner), a leading management research and executive education firm, specializing in organizational design, operational strategy and performance measurement.

Ashlee, who earned her MBA in Marketing and Management & Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, indulges in her passion for architecture and interior design daily, living just down the street from Frank Lloyd Wright’s former home and studio.
