She loves poking at the “why” behind every business challenge almost as much as she loves golden retrievers and sharks. That means more listening and less talking, as she asks questions that define the right problems to solve. Like Walt Disney, she believes “it’s kind of fun to do the impossible,” developing solutions using the scientific process, discovery and a little bit of art
Before joining Prophet, Caitlyn led customer experience for Wunderman Thompson’s Eastern region. There, she established Atlanta as a leader in product design and grew New York as the center of excellence for human-centered experience design. She’s also held experience design positions at Amazon and IBM, with client experience ranging from Boeing to Walmart.
She earned her undergraduate degree in design and visual communication from Pratt Institute and has studied disruptive strategy at Harvard Business School. A natural-born wave-maker, she’s a swimmer, hiker and scuba diver.
