His digital native perspective is rooted in a deep commitment to the customer experience, as well as insights gained through decades of studying technology's role in connecting with customers – an extension of his enthusiasm for science fiction. He applies deep expertise in customer experience, digital strategy, launching digital products and services, and marketing to the work he does for clients, guided by his favorite quote: “The future does not fit in containers of the past.”
Before joining Prophet, he held leadership roles at Cognizant, where he was a leader of its digital strategy consulting practice, and Digitas, where he spent ten years leading major client accounts to develop digital capabilities and to tackle clients’ strategic growth issues such as customer acquisition and loyalty marketing. He’s worked with companies that include American Express, AT&T, Kaiser Permanente, Samsung, Taco Bell and TIAA.
Chia, who earned a degree in History and Science at Harvard University, lives in Connecticut. When he’s not helping companies navigate transformation journeys, he’s pursuing an ongoing quest for authentic Asian food.
