Trained as an engineer and with experience at tech start-ups, agility comes naturally to him. (Insider secret: He says the early seasons of HBO’s “Silicon Valley” comedy really did get it right.) And with his test-and-learn discipline, he knows that creating the most customer-centric solutions often means abandoning a fixed strategy.

He’s spent ten years bringing that open-mindedness to his work for companies in financial services, healthcare and consumer technology, all aimed at creating growth strategies through deeper engagement.

An avid sailor and dedicated traveler, Diego and his wife live in San Francisco. Lately, he's been using his downtime to take his grilling game to the next level.

He earned a B.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
