Eric is a former associate partner based in Prophet’s Hong Kong office. Eric helped brand leaders throughout the Asia Pacific region strategize and fully unlock growth opportunities.

A dedicated problem-solver, he believes transformational growth comes from knowing that “doing the right things is more important than doing things right,” as Peter Drucker said. He approaches business development strategy with a fierce emphasis on customer centricity, and has helped companies like Walmart, Nike, Danone, Estee Lauder, Johnson & Johnson and City Chain attain their regional growth ambitions. Before joining Prophet, Eric ran the South China Consumer Products & Retail Strategy practice at Monitor Deloitte.

He earned his degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, with majors in global business and accounting. He also studied at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. When he’s not working, he’s likely tinkering with tech gadgets.
