His focus is enabling B2B companies to shift to digital selling, to pivot to digital solutions and to undertake digital makeovers of their customer experiences. Fred’s clients include major insurance, healthcare and technology companies in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Fred is also a guest lecturer at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a frequent speaker on the topic of customer-driven growth in B2B and making the shift to digital marketing.
Fred received an A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
