Gordon is a senior partner in Prophet’s San Francisco office. A builder at heart, Gordon understands the importance of research, provocation, empathy, and capability development when helping his clients bridge the chasm from imagination to transformation.

Gordon looks at the role of financial services differently. Whether he’s working with a Fortune 50 company or an emerging FinTech, he believes financial services brands can only succeed when they are purpose-driven. This means truly embracing a commitment to human-centered design with the mission of creating value for customers, the enterprise, and society.

Before joining Prophet, Gordon was a principal at Deloitte Digital, leading the financial services teams within Deloitte Studios, a full-service creative consultancy. He started his career at Accenture and later was a founding team member of an investment management firm that was spun out of Morgan Stanley and acquired by PIMCO.

Gordon earned an MBA in entrepreneurship from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in finance from Virginia Tech. Gordon and his wife Kristin call Cardiff by the Sea, California home where they try to keep up with the endless curiosity of their three sons.
