Jesse was formerly a partner in Prophet’s San Francisco office. He worked with leaders across B2B and B2B2C tech categories to drive growth by developing and linking business strategy, product strategy, marketing and brand. His expertise is in working with cross-functional teams in marketing, product management, engineering and sales to develop growth strategies that drive relevance, loyalty and market value. Recent clients include Salesforce, Amazon, Facebook, Qualtrics, Microsoft, Kinetica DB and PagerDuty. Jesse also led the annual Prophet Brand Relevance Index®, a global study of 50,000 customers to determine what drives and sustains brand and marketing excellence.

Prior to joining Prophet, Jesse ran a small business delivering college prep services to high school students and families which he sold to Kaplan, Inc. He also worked in corporate strategy and marketing at Starbucks Coffee, where he helped create the company’s loyalty program and develop its whole bean coffee portfolio.

Jesse is a board member of Room to Read, a global nonprofit based in San Francisco. He has an MBA from Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BS in Mathematics and Sociology from Northwestern University.
