Jesse is an associate partner in Prophet’s San Francisco office. His focus is on leading Prophet’s multidisciplinary teams to develop business strategies, brand strategies, and customer experiences to drive inspired, actionable growth. He works across B2B and B2C technology, retail, and nonprofit sectors with recent engagements at T-Mobile, Oakley, Gap, Inc., The North Face, BMC Software and Cisco.

Prior to joining Prophet, Jesse worked in corporate strategy and category management at Starbucks Coffee. He built his consulting expertise at Sibson Consulting Group, a human capital consultancy, where he partnered with clients to design executive compensation programs and corporate governance strategies.

Jesse has also partnered with entrepreneurs and investors to start companies in the education, consumer services, and B2B media sectors. He is an advisor to Room To Read, a global nonprofit based in San Francisco, and has an MBA degree from Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BS in Mathematics, Sociology and German from Northwestern.
