Laurie Santos

Laurie is the vice president of firm operations at Prophet, where she is focused on improving operational efficiencies, increasing productivity and reducing/minimizing costs in running the firm. She directs and manages operations and administrative functions including real estate/facilities and office services. She works closely with the CFO/COO, firm leadership and corporate directors to plan business operations objectives, develop organizational policies and to coordinate functions by creating short- and long-term strategic plans, identifying resources and opportunities for growth and improvement to ensure productivity and profitability in office operations.

Laurie has always had a passion for solving problems, understanding how things work and how to improve them. This curiosity and drive led her to positions in several industries including healthcare, legal, telecom and marketing. Laurie's personal passions are her family, red wine, Legos and music.
