Lea is an Engagement Manager in Prophet's Berlin office. Her work involves a combination of rigorous insights-driven analysis and creative solutions that drive business growth. Over the past 6 years at Prophet, Lea has specialized specifically in go-to-market strategy and innovation, brand experience, social media and community strategy and internal engagement.

Lea has worked for a variety of global clients, but her key engagements have focused on product and service launch for BASF, optimizing product portfolio globally for a leading FMCG company and re-branding UBS internally and externally post-crisis. As a member of the healthcare practice she has also been pivotal and helping healthcare providers become more consumer-centric and harness the benefits of data.

Lea holds a Bachelors in International Relations from the University of Southampton and an Msc in Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
