Leon Zhang

Leon was formerly a Partner working out of our Shanghai office. As the very first local employee since Prophet entered in China, Leon co-founded the China business with global leadership and headed relevant marketing initiatives in Asia. ​

With close to 20 years’ professional service experiences in multiple leading consulting firms, he has been committed to unlocking clients’ growth potential through engagements on brand-led growth strategy, business model innovation, digital transformation, and customer experiences design. His category expertise spans industries as diverse as consumer goods, technology and financial services. ​

Other than his consulting experiences, Leon was also a senior executive at Ping An Group, leading strategy, innovation, and cross-BU growth initiatives for their Integrated Financial Services business across all 14 major BUs. As a senior executive, Leon has accumulated solid client-side experiences, especially related to transformation of middle/large-scale corporations and collaboration within complex business organizations. ​

Besides, Leon is a regular instructor/lecturer at Chinese-Deutsch Institute of Tongji University, School of Management of Fudan University, and Tsinghua PBCSF. His thoughts on business trends and brand building have also been reported/published on Xinhua News Agency, CBN Weekly, and CEIBS Business Review, etc.
