Leon is a partner in Prophet's Shanghai office. With nearly 15 years of experience leading consulting firms, he has been committed to unlocking clients’ growth potential through engagements on brand strategy and execution, brand-led business transformation, brand portfolio optimization, brand valuation and growth planning, brand creation, market entry, mergers and acquisitions, business strategy and implementation.

His category expertise spans industries as diverse as consumer goods, retail, technology, financial services and manufacturing. Besides major clients from China, he has also served various other types of clients, from Fortune 500 multi-national corporations to local private companies, from in-house companies to institutional investors, collaborating with partners from Asia, North America and Europe.

Before joining Prophet, Leon was a true practitioner of entrepreneurship. As the very first local employee, Leon co-founded and headed WPP/Kantar Vermeer’s China practice. Prior to this effort, Leon had worked for Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services and Accenture’s Strategy Service-line.
