With a passion for human-centered design and collaborative thinking, Maria’s mission is creating compelling experiences that connect businesses to their customers, using intuitive and purposeful marketing and product touchpoints. She has spent the last 20 years immersed in digital delivery, building products and services for B2B and B2C clients that include Dell, HomeAway, Silicon Labs, the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, Hampton Inn and Mary Kay.
Maria is a teacher and frequent speaker on design thinking, working with the University of Texas at Austin, General Assembly, SXSWi and O’Reilly OSCON. She is an active member of Women in Digital’s Austin Chapter. She loves to spend time with her husband and daughter, enjoying nature and playing with Rosco, their Boston Terrier.
