Merritt is an associate partner in Prophet’s New York office, focused on how service experiences come to life across a number of industries including retail, hospitality, and financial services.

Her background in design and psychology help her see problems from all angles and craft solutions that straddle creative and analytical points of view. Merritt has spent her career innovating products and services, driving deep empathy for consumers through research and crafting the organization and culture to bring new ideas to life. She has worked for some of the world’s leading brands, such as Hyatt, Dupont, and Citi, and is also a leader in Prophet’s internal projects, launching our learning & development program and championing our efforts to support women in leadership.

Merritt, who has an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, a master’s in industrial design from the Rhode Island School of Design, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, also prides herself on making a truly great pie. She’s especially fired up about food, and how we're going to make the world a healthier place to eat.
