Her experience in design and psychology help her see problems from all angles and craft solutions that straddle creative and analytical points of view. Start-ups, hospitality and retail are among her passions, including work for Destination Hotels, Zazen Bear and ALDO. She’s also an innovation strategist for Prophet’s internal projects and launched our own internal learning & development program.
Merritt, who has an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, a master’s in industrial design from the Rhode Island School of Design, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, also prides herself on making a truly great pie. She’s especially fired up about food, and how we're going to make the world a healthier place to eat.
