Michael is a partner at Prophet and a leader in the Organization & Culture practice. Based out of our San Francisco office, Michael is focused on improving organization culture, leadership and accelerating transformational change for clients. He brings a unique approach by blending his broad consulting background with deep experience and passion in the science and practice of behavior change to enable leaders, their teams and the broader organization to transform.
Michael offers direct coaching support to senior and emerging leaders and helps organizations create new processes, structures and cultures that can realize inspiring new futures and possibilities. He brings a diverse leadership style forged from a blend of business, civil service, military and athletic experience.
Prior to joining Prophet, Michael was a Managing Director at KPMG. In his career, Michael has also worked at EY and spent 13 years with Booz Allen Hamilton after a four-year stint in the US Intelligence Community. Michael earned his MBA from George Mason University and his BA from Occidental College.
As a former college athlete, Michael is a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance Leadership Council and remains engaged with sports as a youth and high school football coach.
