Before joining Prophet, Michael worked in a variety of management consulting roles, including organization design, change management and technology implementation. Prior to his work in consulting, Michael worked with British Telecom and Microsoft in product management and marketing roles.
As a visiting scientist at MIT’s Center for Digital Business, Michael led research in digital transformation and was a contributor to Leading Digital: turning technology into business transformation. Michael also co-authored the report Embracing Digital Technology: a new strategic imperative with MIT’s Sloan Management Review and published multiple case studies in digital mastery.
Michael received his BS in Computer Science from Fordham University and his MBA from Georgetown University.
