Michael is an associate partner in Prophet’s New York office, focused on helping clients transform their strategies and operating models for the Digital Age.

In his client work, Michael has advised executives leading digital transformation in a range of industries – from music & entertainment, to insurance, to retail. His experience across technology, organizational design, experience design, and change help Michael bring a holistic, cross-disciplinary approach to supporting clients transforming multiple facets of their business in parallel.

Michael is also a former visiting scientist at MIT’s Center for Digital Business, where he researched digital transformation, and contributed to “Leading Digital: turning technology into transformation,” published with Harvard Business Press. He also co-authored "Embracing Digital Technology: a new strategic imperative" with MIT’s Sloan Management Review, and has published a number of case studies in digital mastery.

Prior to joining Prophet, Michael worked as a management consultant for Capgemini Consulting (now Capgemini Invent). He earned his MBA from Georgetown University, his undergraduate degree in computer science at Fordham, and studied Information & Communications Technology at Trinity College in Dublin.

When not traveling or working with clients, Michael loves sailing the waters of New England where he lives with his wife and two young boys.
