Lately, Michaela has supported a leading Swiss insurance company with the development and implementation of an optimized value proposition for their brand. Objective during the implementation was to anchor the new proposition not only externally, but also internally, among employees. The understanding and translation of the proposition into each employee’s daily life has been secured through several workshops with leading employees of different divisions. In addition, she helped a global tobacco company in various areas (e.g. development of a growth strategy for Russia, optimization of the internal training program using a community approach).
Before joining Prophet, she was Engagement Manager at Vivaldi Partners. Her projects included the design and implementation of a comprehensive program to increase customer loyalty through external and internal customer-orientation (for an international utility company). Moreover, she supported a global telecommunication company with the optimization of marketing spend effectiveness, developed a comprehensive and customer-focused digital strategy for a global insurance provider, and created a holistic brand proposition incl. implications for the business system for an online financial services provider.
Prior to Vivaldi Partners, Michaela worked as a Consultant for Batten & Company (formerly BBDO Consulting).
Michaela earned a degree (Diplom Kauffrau) in Business Administration from the European Business School, Oestrich Winkel, where she focused on marketing and international management consulting.
