A proud left brain/right brain hybrid, Shari loves deepening brands’ relevance and value to their customers, while leveraging a mix of data, creativity and technology to do so. Before joining Prophet, she headed Ogilvy USA’s 45+ person Customer Engagement and Commerce capability, where she drove both customer acquisition and brand love for her clients. Shari was previously a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and a client leader at a global public relations firm. At some point along the way, she worked for two major record labels and a travel startup as well.
In 2017, Shari was a New York Women in Communications (WiCi) honoree, a designation for communications leaders who have made significant contributions to their company and industry, and are admired by peers and employees. She has also contributed to several publications and academic courses on data-driven creativity and new opportunities in mobile.
Shari earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from The George Washington University. She lives in New York City with her husband, son and daughter, and squeezes in guitar practice whenever she can.
