The Corporate Account Growth Manager will work closely with commercial leaders to define and deliver an account-based commercial strategy and program that accelerates the development of transformative client relationships. The role provides the opportunity to flex a range of skills—from analytical to strategic to creative—while contributing to a growing, high-performance team. This role reports to the Director, Business Development.


While every day will be different, you can expect to…

  • Build best-in-class account development practices by partnering with the Commercial Health Team to define the ‘Prophet Way’ of developing long-term, high-value client relationships
    • Drive efforts to build organizational discipline around account development, with a focus on growing transformative partnerships
    • Collect, codify, socialize and expand collection of account building and transformation best practices
    • Develop and socialize a robust set of tools that support consistent and effective account development (e.g., playbooks, thought-starters, templates, etc.)
    • Regularly monitor and keep leadership informed on competitive and market trends related to account development
  • Enable account teams with tools and best practices to grow transformative partnerships by working alongside account teams to develop and implement tailored strategies and plans to grow accounts
    • Partner with account teams to build successful relationships and identify transformation opportunities
    • Equip and enable account teams; drive best practices into accounts
    • Partner closely with account leads to ensure accounts are on track, identify strategies to capture momentum or overcome obstacles
    • Facilitate cross-sharing between accounts, socialize learnings across teams
    • Schedule, design and help facilitate key touchpoints planned with Managed Accounts (with support from Learning & Development team)
  • Connect stakeholder groups to ensure efforts are tightly integrated across the organization – coordinating closely with marketing, learning & development, platforms and verticals to instill account development as an operational discipline firmwide
    •  Serve as a bridge between account teams, regional leadership, platforms, marketing, L&D, finance, etc. to ensure alignment of goals and activities
    • Serve as a conduit between marketing and account teams on account-based marketing strategies and programs, support continuous improvement
    • Drive connectivity between accounts, platform teams and transformation solution team to ensure we are bringing our best thinking to bear for our account teams and actively incorporating client feedback into our offer development efforts
    • Partner with L&D on the expansion of best practices into L&D channels
    • Help plan content and communications for Transformation/Account Building in various forums and channels (meetings, workshops, trainings, etc.)


  • Bachelor’s degree with proven track record of academic and professional success
  • 7+ years experience in professional services organizations, management consulting is a plus
  • Relevant experience working in commercial business development account management
  • Executive presence; proven track record of working directly with senior leadership
  • Strong facilitation skills, ability to manage senior-level audiences and successfully influence and drive to results in a collaborative manner, manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience supporting and facilitating organizational change efforts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Located in or willing to relocate to region where a Prophet office is located (North America only)


  • A strategic thinker with strong analytic capabilities, able to identify trends and insights across a variety of qualitative and quantitative data sources and make proactive recommendations
  • Curiosity and passion for solving complex problems and facilitate organizational change
  • Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective hands-on operational/execution skills; a person who enjoys “rolling up their sleeves” to achieve positive outcomes
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and proven ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams
  • Ability to work independently and under general direction with a strong sense of motivation to succeed
  • Affinity for the consulting industry and willing to take a high level of ownership of a project, executing from initial ideation to completion
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and desire to contribute to our unique office and company culture
