The Role

Prophet is looking for a talented self-starter with experience working at an agency or consultancy. As an Account Manager, you will play a fundamental role in our exciting and fast-paced activation and production team. Account Managers act as one of the central resources for our project teams and help lead and guide a broad range of implementations and digital activations, with an emphasis on digital channels. You will also manage, coordinate and support our Agency-of-Record (AOR) capabilities.


  • Acting as the key client contact, to ensure that strategic directives are followed, and that work is delivered on time, on budget and exceeds client expectations
  • Scheduling project/account meetings, diary management and any appropriate conflict resolution
  • Supporting the project team to define the roadmap/project plan & key milestones
  • Ensuring the project team is following the timeline/keeping things on track
  • Working with staffing(creative + strategy) to ensure that the right resources are in place, including contractor scheduling, alignment, and internal set-up
  • Negotiating with 3rd parties on contractual issues and liaising with Global Finance/Accounting and/or EMEA project finance support
  • Responding to booking ID request extensions, providing justification for freelancer needs
  • Monitoring their projects’ pricing models; tracking and approving freelancer time allocation
  • Facilitating regular team catch-ups throughout the week, sharing notes afterward
  • Setting up and moderating client meetings where appropriate
  • Relaying client feedback and making sure it is being addressed
  • Winning key stakeholders’ trust (internally and externally) through consistent performance, proactive management and demonstrating a well-rounded understanding of the client’s business: environment, customers and competitors.
  • Upskilling their teams about activation-focused work & way of working
  • Facilitating smooth and effective working relationships within and across teams
  • Supporting new business proposals around activation-focused work
  • Proactively thinking about improvements to deliver activation-centered work more efficiently and effectively – developing our approach and methodologies


  • Extensive experience within a relevant agency or consultancy, gaining multi-industry/sector experience
  • Business proficient in spoken and written English
  • Fluency in core agency offers(both consultancy as well as traditional agency)
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts
  • Business judgment, maturity and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful problem solver – Ability to identify issues & develop effective solutions
  • Pragmatic/can-do attitude, always solution-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure
  • Confident, good listener, able to resolve conflicts
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter able to work without constant oversight
  • Ability to adapt to change, embrace bold ideas, challenge conventional thinking and ways of operating
  • A willingness, when and if required, to work with (and potentially travel to) clients from all areas within EMEA
