This is delivered through a combination of structured learning experiences such as in-person and virtual sessions, office-based study groups, and digital interactive courses.  

The Learning & Development Team is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to advance our global learning initiatives by creating learner-centered, digital-first learning experiences. Working alongside our L&D Director and Senior Associate, you will collaborate with internal subject matter experts and leaders to identify and address skill gaps within each level, discipline, and region across the firm. The position can be based in any of our US offices (San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, Atlanta, Richmond, New York) and is remote to start.  


While every day will be different, you can expect to…  

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and L&D teammates  
  • Design net new learning experiences to address skill gaps  
  • Translate existing in-person workshops into digital learning experiences
  • Maintain existing learning experiences to keep them fresh and relevant
  • Own the execution of learning initiatives from start to finish (i.e. communications, delivery, budget and engagement tracking)  


  • Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated academic performance  
  • 1-3 years of post-graduate experience, preferably in client services and/or L&D  
  • Passion for creating compelling user experiences with ainterest in education or adult learning  
  • Content creation experience (e.g. logical structuring, problem-solving, and storyboarding) 
  • Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite programs for visual and multimedia design 
  • Experience with e-Learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) 
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design  

Bonus Points If…

  • Experience in instructional design and curriculum management  
  • LMS platform experience  
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices 
  • Startup experience
