The Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy is responsible for running day-to-day projects, leading problem solving, guiding clients, and managing teams.

- Lead and drive innovative and high-quality digital marketing solution advisory for clients
- Leverage expertise and tools around marketing analytics, marketing and advertising technologies, and marketing operations.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals (e.g., designers, digital strategists, architects, and researchers) to assess marketing maturity and growth opportunities, re-define customer segmentation and engagement strategy, architect and deploy test-and-learn capability, and instrument for outcome-based marketing optimization for clients
- Actively lead and participate in problem-solving sessions across a range of topics (brand, digital, growth, marketing, organisation & change), relying on both analytical and creative techniques to get to compelling results
- Manage day-to-day aspects of senior-level client relationships as a strong representative of Prophet
- Manage Prophet teams to drive superior results and bold, insightful recommendations
- Ensure great work is delivered, while monitoring project scope and profitability
- Present ideas and recommendations to senior executives
- Develop relationships with c-level clients and with thought leaders at the firm
- Identify and support new business leads
- Take on a firm leadership role – mentoring more junior staff to develop high performing consultants, advancing IP development efforts, and taking on other roles of interest (marketing, recruiting, etc.) to drive Prophet’s growth
Requirements
- 5-8 years in management consulting, digital marketing, or other relevant services firm
- Experience and success in delivering digital marketing strategy, execution, and operations leveraging modern advertising and marketing technologies
- Experience in developing and leveraging repeatable methodology to assess and solve client challenges
- Deep understanding of digital and emerging channels
- Ability to input and guide marketing plans
- Ability to create digital marketing strategies
- Experience creating test & learn plans and implementing optimization processes
- Understanding of Advertising and Marketing technology stacks and platforms
- Understanding of reporting and analysis
- Experience in developing robust Customer Data Platform approaches to execute marketing personalization
- Ideally, experienced with marketing automation use within marketing operations and customer data
