The Role

The Senior Associate role is responsible for supporting Talent Development and Performance Management activities, initiatives and programs. Specifically, this individual will work with the Talent Director to scale current processes, metrics, tools and approaches and support the change management associated with the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Scale current approach to performance management
  • Work with Talent Director to review current performance metrics and revise based on shifting needs of the business
  • Assist in new approach to Leadership Survey and support leadership development initiatives
  • New approach to monitoring attrition risk and supporting retention efforts
  • Support and monitor employee engagement with analysis of quarterly pulse surveys
  • Support development team initiatives – with a focus on career pathing and coaching
  • Assist on ad-hoc projects
  • Support data collection and analysis and timely distribution of performance review information to Development Teams, Regional Leads and Executive Committee

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a professional service firm or digital agency
  • Previous experience in Talent Development or Performance Management
  • Strong interest, passion and experience in Talent Development and People issues
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Builds trusted relationships with ease
  • Excellent task management skills with the ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines, able to multi-task effectively, and able to determine priority tasks in a fast moving, changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work across time zones to support talent across regions (i.e. North America, Europe and Asia)
  • Able to solve problems creatively, frame up actionable solutions and drive ideas to implementation
  • Innovative, quickly grasps new ideas and concepts, shows flexibility, adaptability and ability to build consensus
  • Highly motivated team player who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team with an all-in approach
  • Expertise in Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, One Note, Zoom, Teams, Monday.com
  • Ability to adhere to the highest process standards and maintain confidentiality
