Developing a sustainable innovation system internally, leaders are now involved in understanding the culture intimately while working collaboratively throughout the organization. While continuing to empower a cultural rebirth, company leaders have also created an actionable process for creating new business opportunities that have yielded measurable results, including the restoration of Trustmark’s “A” rating.
