Amelia is an engagement manager in Prophet's San Francisco office. She is passionate about using digital to rethink how companies and users approach experiences. She works across industries, including financial services, healthcare, and retail. Her favorite past projects include product management for a Fortune 500 financial services company, developing customer data strategies for the largest Korean retail company and American car manufacturer, and developing a small business experience strategy for a Fortune 200 financial services company.

Amelia graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics and Marketing.

Randee is a summer marketing intern on Prophet’s corporate marketing team. In her role, Randee focuses on marketing research and data normalization.

She collaborates closely with Prophet’s senior marketing associates and has performed a competitive analysis and to develop recommendations on how to differentiate paid ad content. She is a quick learner and is always happy to pick up a new project to work on.

Randee is a marketing major at the University of Dayton and will graduate May 2022. While at school, she works for the University of Dayton School of Law where she manages tasks for recruiting and, ad content development. If there’s spare time on a Zoom meeting, ask Randee about her latest workout routine, recent thrift find or her favorite coffee shop.

Amy is an associate partner in Prophet’s New York office, focusing on digital marketing and content strategies that help companies achieve growth and transformation.

An early expert in social media, she keeps a close eye on everything from emerging technology to reality TV. Her skillful trend-spotting informs solutions that spark the most relevant connections with customers. Amy is a cross-functional leader, launching successful and innovative marketing initiatives in many channels, helping companies generate new demand and increase revenue.

Before joining Prophet, she worked at Bed Bath & Beyond, WW (formerly Weight Watchers) and BNY Mellon. And she’s held key content roles at R/GA and Ogilvy, where she worked on the award-winning repositioning of the IBM brand.

Amy earned her undergraduate degree at Vassar College and lives in New York. She is a devoted Broadway fan and loves hate-watching “The Bachelorette.”

Kristen is a senior partner in Prophet’s Chicago office, specializing in digital transformation strategies that guide brands toward uncommon growth and exceptional relevance.

She’s powered by curiosity and speed–fast enough to keep up with her two teenagers. And she thrives while unraveling complex business challenges, distilling the root problem and defining clear solutions. Kristen has built her career on the combination of deep client-centricity and hands-on practical experience, working in digital product, marketing, technology and design. Previously, she worked at Publicis Sapient, leading a portfolio of consumer products, including Estee Lauder, IBM, Caterpillar, Polaris, SC Johnson, J.M. Smucker and Unilever.

Her passion is finding and developing talent and building trusted relationships. She is a member of Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there.

Kristen is a published thought leader on digital transformation strategy for consumer goods and retail sectors, featured in Vogue Business, Reuters and the Wall Street Journal.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Bradley University. And she’s always ready to talk about any new fitness workout, wine or cooking.

Erin is a senior associate out of Prophet’s New York office. She works with clients to drive business growth from the inside out by harnessing the power of talent and activating unifying brand strategies. She has worked with brands across healthcare, life sciences, hospitality, financial services, telecom and non-profit.

Erin joined Prophet after earning her undergraduate degree in Managerial Finance and Marketing with a minor in Studio Art from Vanderbilt University. Her background allows her to see our work from multiple lenses, blending the worlds of business and human-centered design.

Claire Kalikman is a verbal branding associate in Prophet's San Francisco office, developing names, positioning, and messaging for Fortune 500 and DTC companies alike. She is a graduate of Yale University with a B.A. in Russian & Eastern European Studies and a B.A Humanities. She was awarded a Fulbright to study in Russia.

Maggie is a senior associate working out of our Hong Kong office.
With more than five years of professional service experiences in leading consulting firm, she supports clients in a number of strategic engagements, including digital strategy and transformation, market strategy, post-merger integration, master data management and process optimization. She also holds competitive skills in research, data analysis, business assessment and planning, executive presentation and senior stakeholder management.

She has served the Fortune 500 top runners, multinational industry leaders and listed Chinese companies with extensive exposure across consumer goods, retail, insurance and health management industries.
Before joining Prophet, Maggie was a consultant in the Strategy and Operations practice at Deloitte Consulting.

Maggie received her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Marketing and Managerial Economics.

Greg is a partner and executive creative director of Prophet CoLab, an internal team dedicated to creating and delivering holistic, multi-channel advertising for clients. Greg specializes in taking comprehensive strategies and complex offerings and turning them into big, consumer-facing ideas.

He has concepted and executed creatives across a full gamete of channels (from the traditional to the emerging) for a wide range of brands including Johnson & Johnson, Land Rover, Oscar Health, Colgate/Palmolive, Verizon, Xbox, The Tribeca Film Festival and Campari Group.

Prior to joining Prophet, Greg “grew up” in the New York City advertising scene honing his craft at firms like McCann Erickson, Publicis/Kaplan Thaler, Young & Rubicam and J. Walter Thompson. Along the way, Greg has won, and lost, his fair share of awards including One Show Pencils, Clios, Communication Arts Awards and multiple Cannes Lions. In addition to the high-profile accolades, Greg is particularly proud of his Effie wins for overall business objectives and ad-effectiveness.

Greg is a native of Cleveland, Ohio but has spent the majority of his life in the New York area after graduating from Fordham University. He attended The New York School of Visual arts post-grad and has an executive coaching degree from IPEC (The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) Greg resides in Montclair, NJ with his wife and two children.
