NEW YORK – Prophet announced today that Chia Chen has joined the global consultancy as a partner in its New York office. Chia will be a part of Prophet’s digital team, leading Prophet’s digital transformation projects with clients.

Before Prophet, Chia was Vice President of Digital Strategy Consulting and Vice President of Experience Strategy at Cognizant – where he focused on building up the consultancy’s experience-led transformation offerings. He also spent over 10 years at Digitas – tackling strategic growth issues and developing digital capabilities with clients. His experience-centered approach has been sharpened and shaped through work with companies like American Express, AT&T, Kaiser Permanente, Samsung, Taco Bell and TIAA.
