Prophet Appoints El Noshokaty and Baerschneider to Top Roles
LONDON, April 16, 2018 – Global brand and marketing consultancy Prophet (https://www.prophet.com) today announced the appointments of Tosson El Noshokaty and Tobias Baerschneider to Regional Heads of EMEA. Tasked with driving business growth and leading an expanding EMEA team of more than 100, the pair will report into Prophet’s Global Executive Committee.
Commenting on the appointments, Rune Gustafson from the Executive Committee said: “2017 was another successful year of double digit revenue growth for Prophet in EMEA and the appointment of Tosson and Tobi to regional heads of the business is an indication of the contributions they’ve made to that success. The new corporate structure, which sees us moving to a regional operation with dual heads based in London and Berlin, is indicative of our intent to have the agility at the EMEA-level to drive and maintain that success in an ever-changing marketplace, as well as the ability for nimble decision-making on a local basis.”
Baerschneider, who has been with the firm since 2007 and will be based in Berlin stated: “It’s an exciting time to be at Prophet and I’m looking forward to realising our growth ambitions and bolstering our operational efficiency in EMEA as we look to further expand our capabilities and set new standards of excellence for our clients.”
El Noshokaty, who sits in the London office, joined the business in 2011 after co-founding Noshokaty, Doring & Thun (NDT), a Berlin-based management consultancy.
