Prophet Hires Holly Mason as Senior Partner to Further Deepen its Digital Transformation Expertise
NEW YORK — Prophet, a leading strategy consulting firm, announced today that Holly Mason has joined the firm as senior partner to support Prophet’s ability to drive our clients’ digital transformation. She will work out of Prophet’s New York office.
Holly is a 27-year digital product and experience design veteran with a background that spans strategic management consulting and experience design. Her expertise lies in helping clients unlock growth by transforming their customer experiences as well as their digital organizations.

Holly’s career spans both consulting and digital agencies, including seven years at Razorfish as a key client lead of the Mercedes Benz and smart USA accounts, and most recently, as President of digital agency Huge’s NY office. After graduating magna cum laude from Boston College, she started her career as a software engineer at Andersen Consulting before pivoting into project management and organizational design at digital experience and marketing firms like Organic, IconNicholson, and Digitas where she worked with numerous brands including American Express, McDonald’s and Verizon.
