SAN FRANCISCO, CA (September 18, 2018) – Global consultancy Prophet announced four key new hires – Abram Sirignano, Tyler Durham, Darrell Ross and Todd Redmon – who bring deep expertise in helping clients create uncommon business growth.
“We are excited to welcome this group of well-known innovators and disruptors. They join us with a rare combination of diverse talents, deep business acumen and transformational thinking.” said Chiaki Nishino, North America Regional Lead at Prophet. “As we grow our consultancy with a digital-first, disruptive mindset, our new colleagues will help us to drive business impact for our clients by developing more relevant and innovative strategies.”
Our Four New Prophet Partners:
- Abram Sirignano comes from Fjord, where he worked with clients across North America to drive growth through service, product and experience innovation. His expertise sits at the intersection of human need, business value and pragmatic execution, bringing a “design thinking and doing” approach to realizing strategic intent.
- Tyler Durham joins from McKinsey & Company, where he was a senior expert in the organization practice. He previously served as partner and president of Ketchum Change (now Daggerwing Group). He will help lead and grow Prophet’s fast-growing culture, capabilities and engagement practice, leveraging his experience blending the art of leadership with the science of change, helping our clients lead transformation and build powerful, purpose-driven cultures that fuel business and brand growth.
- Darrell Ross is a former managing director at Accenture Digital, where he helped bridge the gap between strategy and technology to launch new digital products and services. Darrell will serve as Prophet’s principal architect to help clients design and activate strategic technology changes.
- Todd Redmon joins Prophet from Capgemini Consulting where he was the North American client partner for The Coca-Cola Company. His expertise in driving growth for consumer, retail and service-based businesses, honed through positions with American Capital and The Home Depot, will help drive growth, integrating digital marketing, innovation and analytics.
“Prophet’s mission is helping business leaders evolve their organizations in the face of digital disruption and constant change.” said Chan Suh, chief digital officer at Prophet. “Our four new colleagues are great examples of the talent we’re attracting to help our clients transform into evolved enterprises.
