Our Prophet for Nonprofit initiative is one way we live out our mission to build brands, transform businesses and move society.

Through our Prophet for Nonprofit (P4NP) initiative, we demonstrate our commitment to helping our global and local communities thrive. Our mission is to build brands, transform businesses and move society. We can make the greatest impact by supporting the inspiring charitable organizations that are already changing the world for the better. Since 2015, we’ve donated over 23,000 hours of consulting and community service support.

There are four components to our P4NP program:

Prophet for Nonprofit Day: The one day of the year where the entire firm takes a break our usual work to collaborate with and help local nonprofits with various business growth challenges or hands on community service support.

Pro-Bono & Low-Bono Consulting: We provide pro-bono and low-bono consulting services to nonprofits and every year we donate thousands of hours in consulting services - on top of what is donated on P4NP day.

Community Service: Each of our twelve offices are engaged in their surrounding communities and find unique ways to give back locally. Many organize clothing and food drives, support fundraising athletic races and gather for donation-based cook-offs or craft-offs.

Fundraising:  Every other year, our firm hosts a digital auction firm for Propheteers to bid on goods, services and experiences donated by their colleagues. The money raised has had tangible impact around the world. We've developed a kindergarten in Vietnam, built sanitation facilities in Uganda schools and provided girls with bicycles that allow them to continue their education. In 2020, we raised $50,000 for COVID-19 relief efforts.
