With 20 years of experience in helping companies both define and implement strategies, Jeff brings a unique perspective to engagements from having worked within several categories and best-in-class companies. Jeff has worked for both service and product-driven companies in healthcare, financial services, industrial, transportation and entertainment. He has led significant initiatives for UBS, AbbVie, State Farm, Change Healthcare, NBA, United HealthGroup, T. Rowe Price and Caterpillar, to name a few. Living abroad in Switzerland while opening Prophet operations, he gained additional sensitivity to the challenges of global branding and how to make brand change happen successfully across multiple geographies and cultures.
Jeff is a leader in the firm's Culture, Engagement and Capabilities practice where he applies connects business and brand with talent strategies and actions. He has worked on integrating HR and brand, building world-class marketing organizations, creating engagement programs and driving greater attraction and retention of employees.
Jeff was a founding member of Prophet's Chicago office and led the Zurich, Switzerland office for four years. Jeff is a frequent speaker and author on brand and implementation topics.
Jeff received his B.S. from Miami University in Ohio.
