Rune is President of EMEA Operations for Prophet, and is based in our London office. Leveraging his extensive experience of managing international brands, Rune focuses on bringing clarity into a strategic framework and the processes needed to affect change throughout an organization.
His work has covered the spectrum of brand and marketing specialties and spanned over 30 countries. His more recent clients have included Rio Tinto, UniCredit Group, Thomson Reuters, Hiscox, RSA, Allen & Overy, Nissan, Procter & Gamble, and Samsung.
Prior to Prophet, Rune headed his own consultancy, Rebus Partnership, specializing in helping company boards better manage their brands. Previously, he was chief executive officer of Interbrand London. During his tenure at Interbrand, Rune built a platform for growth for the business, including a range of new services, and establishing a stronger Interbrand presence in international markets leading to the firm being named Agency of the Year by the U.K.’s prestigious Marketing Magazine.
Prior to joining Interbrand, he was a Senior Partner at Lippincott. He also served as the Main Board Director at Fitch plc and Managing Director at 20/20, a leading European retail strategy and design consultancy. Rune began his career as a product manager for Heinz and Cinzano.
A regular media contributor and speaker at conferences around the world Rune is also a non-executive director of the National Gallery and the digital agency Graphic Alliance.
Rune graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Management Sciences.
