Charles is an engagement manager on the digital team at Prophet. His experience is focused on digital transformation strategy, business model innovation and operating model design for our F500 clients. As a digital business strategist, he has helped conduct end-to-end capabilities assessments, set transformation roadmaps and designed innovative go-to-market strategies across a diverse set of industries. Prior to joining Prophet, Charles held positions in experience and content strategy for media and retail companies in New York.
Charles holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he focused on analytics, strategy and change management. He also has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Yale.
